About Consult and Create

Consult And Create was founded by Camilla McPhie. Camilla has spent the past decade working in the British media, as Chief Sub-Editor of GQ - the UK's biggest selling men's lifestyle magazine - and later as Editor of GQ.com and GQStyle.com. In 2009 she was responsible for the redesign and launch of the new GQ.com, which resulted in a 66% increase in traffic to the website.

She has ten years' experience in producing top-quality print and digital media, and has been recognised within the industry by the British Society of Magazine Editors and Press Gazette Magazine Journalism Awards. Her achievements include:

• Judge of the Periodical Publishers' Association Awards (2009)
• Online Fashion 100 Most Influential People, the Independent (2009)
• British Society of Magazine Editors, Website Editor of the Year, nominated (2009)
• Press Gazette Magazine Journalism Awards, Subbing Team of the Year, winner (2006)
